Reports to the VP of Finance and Human Resources A full time position with room to grow within the company. Hours would be Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. at the St. Thomas location Understand how to match Invoices with Packing Slip and Purchase Order (3 Way match) Enter Non Trade / Expense payables Prepare and process approved payments to Vendors Understanding of Microsoft Office Filing as needed, and assisting with other tasks in the Finance Department as required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $37,000.00-$40,000.00 per year Benefits: * Casual dress * Company events * Dental care * Extended health care * Paid time off * Profit sharing * RRSP match * Vision care Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * Accounts receivable: 1 year (preferred) * Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person- Location St. Thomas, ON
