<p>IS2 is currently recruiting for an <strong>Accounts Payable Clerk</strong> on behalf of our client. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a structured environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization.</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Mississauga, ON (Heartland Town Centre area)<br /><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $22/hour<br /><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-Time Contract (18-Month Maternity Leave Coverage with potential extension)<br /><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday to Friday, flexible 8-hour shifts</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Process and enter supplier invoices</li> <li>Assist with cheque runs and payment processing</li> <li>Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies</li> <li>Review expense reports and credit card statements</li> <li>Maintain accurate records and meet payment deadlines</li> <li>Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience</li> <li>Experience using accounting software</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li> <li>Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload</li> <li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Apply Today</strong></p> <p>If you are looking for a stable contract opportunity with a supportive team and flexible schedule, we would love to hear from you.</p>- Location Mississauga, ON
