*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for young children, supporting their developmental needs through educational activities and individualized care. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, classroom experience, and a passion for early childhood education. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's growth and learning. *Duties* * Plan and implement developmentally appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. * Create a welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. * Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's development, behaviour, and upcoming activities. * Collaborate with colleagues and specialists to support children with special needs or disabilities. * Ensure health and safety standards are consistently met within the classroom setting. * Manage classroom routines through effective time management and organizational skills. *Requirements* * In Good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE). * Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings; experience with individuals with disabilities is a plus. * Knowledge of early childhood education principles, special education practices, and classroom management techniques. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. * Demonstrated leadership qualities with a nurturing approach to teaching young children. * Experience working with children who have diverse needs or special education requirements is preferred.
