*Education: *Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training *Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.): *Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate, First Aid Certificate Level C *Skills:* Assist the Registered Early Childhood Educators implement child care curriculum plans, provide supervision and guidance of daily activities, special activities, assist in providing opportunity for creative expression through the mediums of art, dramatic play and music, assist in toileting of children, cleaning and sanitizing. *Additional Skills: *Supervise trainees or volunteers, Assist in maintaining records of children, Maintain day care supplies and equipment, Leadership skills, Interpersonal skills, Light cleaning duties *Languages: *Speak English, Read English, Write English *Children's Ages: *1- 4 years *Security and Safety:* Vulnerable Sector Check, Updated Immunization records, health assessment letter (provided to be completed) *Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: *Repetitive tasks, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting. *Work Site Environment:* Indoors/Outdoors, Noisy, Non-smoking, Air conditioned Benefits offered after 6 months probation. *Transportation/Travel Information:* Own transportation *Job Type:* Full-time *Benefits:* On-site parking *Schedule:* 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday No weekends Overtime _*\*Benefits package offered after probation period ends*_ *Work Location:* In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking * Paid time off Application question(s): * Please include dates and times that you would be available to attend an in-person interview.
